Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation terms are as follows:

Guest Cancellations

  • 14 days or more before arrival: Guests are entitled to a 100% refund of the accommodation charges paid.
  • 7–13 days before arrival: Guests are entitled to a 50% refund of the accommodation charges paid.
  • Less than 7 days before arrival: No refund will be provided.
  • No-shows and early departures are non-refundable.

Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
  • Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Changes to Reservations

  • Date changes may be accommodated subject to availability.
  • Any change request made within 14 days of arrival may be treated as a cancellation and rebooking.
  • Additional charges may apply if the new dates have a higher rental rate.

Owner Cancellation

In the unlikely event that we must cancel a reservation due to circumstances beyond our control, guests will receive a full refund of all amounts paid. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the reservation.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for cancellations, interruptions, or changes caused by events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, utility failures, pandemics, or transportation disruptions. Refunds in such circumstances will be considered at our discretion and in accordance with applicable law.

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that guests obtain comprehensive travel insurance to cover unexpected cancellations, medical emergencies, and travel disruptions.
